BTL 2026, Portugal’s largest tourism fair, will take place from 25 February to 1 March 2026 at FIL – Feira Internacional de Lisboa in Parque das Nações. Organized by Fundação AIP, the event brings together more than 1,500 exhibitors representing national and international destinations, travel agencies, hotel groups, tour operators, airlines, tech providers, and cultural institutions. 

The first three days of the fair are reserved for tourism professionals and trade visitors, offering a unique platform for B2B networking, innovation showcases, and partnership meetings. The final two days open to the general public, inviting visitors to discover new destinations, enjoy special promotions, and experience cultural and gastronomic activities from across Portugal and abroad. 

BTL 2026 will once again feature thematic areas such as BTL Cultural, BTL LAB – Innovation and Trends, BTL Wellness, BTL Employment & Training, and BTL Weddings, promoting sustainability, accessibility, and the future of tourism. The event also reinforces its international strategy, welcoming delegations and buyers from Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia.

BTL (Better Tourism Lisbon Travel Market) is Portugal’s largest tourism trade fair. It connects professionals, destinations, travel companies, and the general public, promoting business, culture, and innovation in the global tourism industry.

BTL 2026 will be held from 25 February to 1 March 2026 at FIL – Feira Internacional de Lisboa, located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

The fair is organized by Fundação AIP and supported by Turismo de Portugal, the Lisbon City Council, and key tourism associations.

  • 25–26 February: 10:00–19:00 (professionals only)

  • 27 February: 10:00–17:00 (professionals) / 17:00–23:00 (open to the public)

  • 28 February: 12:00–23:00 (public)

  • 1 March: 12:00–20:00 (public)

The first three days are for industry professionals and exhibitors, while the weekend is open to the general public. Visitors can enjoy travel offers, destination showcases, and live experiences.

Professionals and the public can register directly through the official website at btl.fil.pt. Online pre-registration is recommended to avoid queues.

The fair includes several thematic zones such as BTL Cultural, BTL Wellness, BTL LAB – Innovation and Trends, BTL Employment & Training, and BTL Weddings.

Yes, children can attend on the public days (28 February and 1 March). However, entry for minors under 16 is not permitted during professional-only days.
