The Feiras Novas 2025 return to Ponte de Lima from September 10 to 15, bringing back the most emblematic Minho pilgrimage, recognized as National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
For five days, Portugal's oldest town is transformed into a vibrant stage of traditions, music and devotion, attracting thousands of visitors from all over the country.
The program includes historical and ethnographic parades, livestock competitions, performances by philharmonic bands and folklore groups, as well as firework displays that light up the night sky.
The religious component remains central, with the Solemn Mass and the Procession in honor of Our Lady of Sorrows, which runs through the main streets of the town, bringing together the faithful and the curious in a moment of deep devotion.
