About this event
Chefs on Fire Cascais 2026 is Portugal’s most anticipated open-air gastronomy festival, celebrating the art of cooking with fire, smoke, and passion. Held at the Parque Marechal Carmona in Cascais, the event combines fine dining, live music, sustainability, and outdoor culture in a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
Over the course of three days, some of the best Portuguese and international chefs cook live using only wood fire, no gas or electricity, on a return to the most primitive and authentic form of gastronomy. Each chef creates exclusive dishes, served in limited portions, turning every tasting into a unique and memorable experience.
Previous editions have featured top culinary names such as Alexandre Silva, Marlene Vieira, Henrique Sá Pessoa, Ljubomir Stanisic, and Nuno Mendes, alongside guest chefs from across Europe. Guests are invited to explore multiple fire stations, enjoy artisanal food, taste Portuguese wines and craft cocktails, and relax to the rhythm of intimate live concerts.
The event promotes sustainability, encouraging the use of local products, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices that make it one of the most responsible food festivals in Portugal.
Opening hours: 12h00 - 00h00
